Dependable HomeTech is a wholly owned subsidiary of Creative Vistas Inc.(http://www.creativevistasinc.com/).
Founded in 1997 with Rogers Cable Inc. and Cogeco Cable as our first customers, Dependable HomeTech has become a leader in the service industry. The business began by providing on-site technicians contracted to Rogers and Cogeco to perform cable modem installations and configuration of software on customer PC's to enjoy high speed Internet. Immediately, Dependable HomeTech began providing all onsite service work for Rogers and Cogeco's customers who needed tutorials or were experiencing hardware and software related problems.

In 2001 we launched our own technical call centre to support customers over the phone, and onsite across Southern Ontario. The business continued to grow and by 2002, Dependable HomeTech had expanded its range of services to include outsourced sales, outsourced call centre support, onsite computer service and small to large scale computer networking.

In 2007 we grew to eight locations throughout Ontario, as well as two entries into the US. With over 700 employees, we have truly been able to position ourselves as the leader in digital home technology. With a wide range of commercial and residential technical support, exceptional customer service driven help desk solutions, and continued new and exciting products and services in the area of digital technology, we continue to offer high level professional installation and support to meet all our clients' needs.
